Televic Rail is looking for a Sales Lead who combines a strategic growth mindset with hands-on sales execution experience. You’ll be part of a newly established department focused on expanding Televic’s customer base among Train Operators, helping us grow as a scalable SaaS provider in the rail industry.

Working closely with our Technical Sales and Product teams, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling this new business line across Western Europe

Working as a Sales Lead – Train Operator Solutions means:

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic sales opportunities with Train Operators seeking modern passenger information software.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major Train Operators across Western Europe, managing both short- and long-term sales cycles.

  • Lead the full end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on selling Televic’s LiveCoM Suite and related products.

  • Shape and organize the sales and business development processes for this newly launched unit to ensure scalable, efficient execution.

  • Collaborate closely with technical sales and product management to ensure our offering meets market needs.

  • Confidently present and represent our solutions to a range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior decision-makers.

  • Provide insights and feedback to support product development and market fit.

 

How you can add value to the team

  • Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in software or systems sales; experience in a scale-up or newly launched department is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and clients.

  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.

  • Fluence in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

  • Excited to join a growing international team and work on long-term, impactful projects.
