The Regional Sales Manager – Eastern U.S. is a mid- to senior-level sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Televic Rail’s presence across the Eastern United States. This role focuses on building and nurturing strategic relationships with key customers in the rail and transit sectors, including transit agencies, OEMs, system integrators, and service providers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an established network in the rail/transit industry and the ability to manage complex sales cycles that include hardware, software, service agreements, and hosting solutions. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow Televic Rail’s market share across the Eastern U.S.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at transit agencies, OEMs, and system integrators.
Promote and sell Televic Rail’s full product suite, including Passenger Information Systems, Audio Communication Systems, Onboard CCTV, Connectivity & Networking Solutions, LiveCoM Suite, Seat Reservation & Advertising Modules, and Condition-Based Monitoring tools.
Promote and support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Hosting Services as part of Televic Rail’s end-to-end solution offering.
Identify new business opportunities, lead pursuits, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, legal, operations) to ensure smooth proposal development and contract execution.
Represent Televic Rail at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and customer intelligence in CRM systems.
Travel approximately 30–50% to visit customers, attend meetings, and represent Televic Rail at industry events.
5+ years of successful sales experience in the rail or transit industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex technical sales involving multiple stakeholders.
Established network of contacts within U.S. transit agencies, OEMs, or system integrators (Eastern U.S. preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
