At Televic Conference, we are looking for a Sales Assistant who ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—from order processing to customer support and internal coordination.
In this role, you are a key link between Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics, making sure things move forward efficiently and correctly.
Your Responsibilities
Order Management & Coordination
Manage end-to-end order processing for your regions
Follow up on open orders and keep everything up to date
Coordinate with Finance on payments and credit topics
Stay aligned with Procurement on product availability
Keep Sales teams informed with clear and timely updates
Take ownership and solve issues before they become problems
Sales & Account Support
Support Key Accounts with required documentation (e.g. certificates)
Manage product licenses and customer subscriptions
Assist Sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
Coordinate credit limit requests with Finance
Support customers via email and phone in a professional and friendly way
Shipment & Documentation
Prepare and check shipment documentation, including:
• Commercial invoices
• Delivery notes
• Certificates of Origin (COO)
• Documentation for samples, demo units, and promotional materials
Ensure everything is accurate, complete, and compliant
Process & Improvement
Become a key point of contact for order-related processes
Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Help optimize how teams work together
Your Profile
Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain & logistics Management, or equivalent proven experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support, order management, or in a similar role
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Odoo) is required
Strong organizational skills and a natural follow-up mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities and work with different stakeholders
Comfortable working across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French
Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured in your work
