To accelerate our growth internationally, we are looking for an energetic, driven, and strategic Business Development Manager who thrives on building lasting partnerships and spotting opportunities before others do.

What we expect from you in this role:

  • Build a sustainable partner network across Europe, unlocking business potential and driving revenue growth.

 

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, truly understanding their needs and translating these into tailored solutions.

 

  • Identify new market opportunities and design winning strategies to strengthen Televic’s presence in the healthcare sector.

 

  • Act as an ambassador for Televic, growing your professional network to position us as the trusted and innovative partner in care communication for the cure and care market.

 

  • Deliver insights and results, planning, analyse markets, forecasting, and reporting on performance directly to senior management.

 

  • Collaborate across teams (Product management, marketing …) to ensure our solutions meet customer and market demands.

About you

You combine business acumen with genuine curiosity.

You don’t just close deals, you build trust, understand healthcare challenges, and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.

  • Degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in an international context .

  • Experience in Healthcare ICT, software or medical devices is a strong asset.

  • By Preference based in Belgium (travel up to 50%) or based in DACH region.

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus .

  • Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Strong communicator who engages easily at all levels, from nurses to C-level.

  • Excited to take ownership of this role and shape it together with us.
