We are looking for a curious Key Accounts Business Development Manager

Working as a Key Accounts Business Development Manager

Manage and expand our partner network across the Benelux, unlocking business potential and driving revenue growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, truly understanding their needs and translating these into tailored solutions.
Identify new market opportunities and design winning strategies to strengthen Televic’s presence in the healthcare sector.
Act as the face of Televic, growing your professional network to position us as the trusted and innovative partner in care communication for the cure and care market.
Deliver insights and results, planning, forecasting, and reporting on key account performance directly to senior management.
Collaborate across teams (R&D, product management, marketing …) to ensure our solutions meet customer and market demands.

About You

You are the type of professional who combines business acumen with genuine curiosity. You don’t just close deals, you build trust, understand healthcare challenges, and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in key account management or business development.
Experience in Healthcare ICT, software or medical devices is a strong asset.
Based in Belgium, fluent in Dutch and French (English is a plus).
Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Strong communicator who engages easily at all levels, from nurses to C-level.
Excited to take ownership of this role and shape it together with us.
