As Sales Support Team Lead, you will:

  • Drive the team’s performance by combining leadership with hands-on involvement in key tasks.
  • Set up new and improve existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every workflow contributes to a better customer journey.
  • Keep customer response times as low as possible by overseeing and actively supporting order processing, quotations, and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
  • Monitor KPIs that matter for customers (response time, order accuracy, satisfaction scores) and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

As Sales Support Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales Support team while also taking on part of the daily workload, setting the example in how to serve customers effectively.
  • Oversee quotations, orders, and inquiries to guarantee accuracy, speed, and a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Product Management, and Supply Chain to align processes with customer needs and global growth objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvements that directly enhance customer success.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex cases, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Support CRM and ERP optimization (Odoo, SAP, Hubspot) to build reliable, scalable processes that enable sales teams and improve the customer journey.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives where sales support plays a key role in delivering customer success and strengthening Televic’s product leadership.

Professional Skills we’re looking for:

  • A people-oriented leader who also enjoys being hands-on and leading by example.
  • Passionate about customer success, with proven experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (ideally in a B2B tech or manufacturing context).
  • Skilled at guiding teams in dynamic, international, and high-demand environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, able to connect across functions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, and Hubspot.
  • Fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an unwavering focus on delivering customer value and enabling growth.
