The role 

As our Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission? Win new customers. You’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in a specific domain, identifying opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships. Think about: 

  • Prospecting, prospecting, prospecting. You’ll actively seek out and engage with potential customers who need our solution, even if they don’t know it yet. 
  • Generating new leads through outbound efforts, networking, and creative outreach. 
  • Following up on inbound interest and converting curiosity into commitment. 
  • Understanding prospect pain points and translating them into tailored, impactful solutions. 
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract. 
  • Using sales automation tools to streamline your workflow and maximize efficiency. 
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a smooth handover and strong customer experience. 
  • Fueling our international growth by opening up new markets and verticals. 

About you 

Are you energized by the thrill of opening doors, starting conversations, and turning cold leads into warm opportunities? We’re looking for a pure hunter, someone who lives for prospecting and thrives on building a pipeline from scratch.

What you bring to the table:  

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech. 
  • A true hunter mentality. You love the chase and live for the close. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus. 
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a bias for action. 
  • Willingness to travel when needed. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a bonus, but we are happy to get you up to speed.
