New Product Introduction Engineer

All aboard: explore your role with us

• You act as the link between R&D and production for the introduction of new products and systems. You think along about how we can produce in the most practical and efficient way and review R&D designs with an eye for manufacturability.

• You follow up on the development of a new product step by step so it can be assembled and produced smoothly.

• You build and assemble prototypes (including cabling, soldering and assembly tasks) and give feedback to R&D if adjustments are needed.

• You prepare first assembly instructions, production flows and clear work processes so operators can work unambiguously.

• You support and train production operators to apply the agreed work processes in the right way.

• You help ensure product quality and define corrective guidelines whenever production or field issues arise.

• You contribute to improvements of current products and keep production documentation (BOMs, labels, work instructions) up to date.

• You support the transfer of products to our international production sites and subcontractors.

• You provide troubleshooting support if questions or issues arise during production.

Track your skills: how you can add value to our team

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electronics, Electromechanics, or similar).

• You preferably have some experience in a technological production environment, but motivated young graduates are welcome too.

• You enjoy working with prototypes, 3D files and assembly instructions and you have a good spatial insight.

• You are a hands–on and practical problem–solver, who likes to think along and find solutions.

• You are communicative and flexible: you can easily switch between different tasks and responsibilities.

• You are willing to travel occasionally abroad (mainly Bulgaria, a few times a year).

• You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch knowledge is a plus.
