Your responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you are the financial backbone and strategic business partner for our Conference and Healthcare divisions.

You will:

Lead financial management and compliance across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with Televic Group standards and local legislation.
Deliver clear, insightful reporting and analysis at both subsidiary and consolidated business unit level, supporting management decisions.
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, challenging assumptions and ensuring a strong link between financial performance and strategic objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing actionable insights that guide profitable growth and operational excellence.
Optimize working capital and liquidity, in close collaboration with the COO and Group CFO.
Lead finance transformation, improving processes, digitalization, and automation together with our high-performing Data Team.
Support international expansion, structuring new subsidiaries and ensuring robust financial governance worldwide.
Contribute to strategic projects, including M&A, consolidation, and global cash management.

You report to the CEO of Televic NV and work closely with the Group CFO on topics such as M&A, consolidation, and liquidity management.

Your skills:

Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or Commercial Sciences.
8+ years of experience in finance, including leadership and controlling in an international or multi-entity complex context.
Proven ability to lead teams in an internationa environment and elevate financial performance through structure, clarity, and collaboration.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset — able to translate data into insight and insight into impact.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
A hands-on, decisive leader with a drive for improvement and a digital-first mindset.
Experience with finance transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making (power BI, Odoo, …) is a strong asset.
