At Televic Conference, we are looking for a Sales Assistant who ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—from order processing to customer support and internal coordination.
In this role, you are a key link between Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics, making sure things move forward efficiently and correctly.
Your Responsibilities
Order Management & Coordination
Manage end-to-end order processing for your regionsÂ
Follow up on open orders and keep everything up to dateÂ
Coordinate with Finance on payments and credit topicsÂ
Stay aligned with Procurement on product availabilityÂ
Keep Sales teams informed with clear and timely updatesÂ
Take ownership and solve issues before they become problemsÂ
Sales & Account Support
Support Key Accounts with required documentation (e.g. certificates)Â
Manage product licenses and customer subscriptionsÂ
Assist Sales teams with day-to-day operational needsÂ
Coordinate credit limit requests with FinanceÂ
Support customers via email and phone in a professional and friendly wayÂ
Shipment & Documentation
Prepare and check shipment documentation, including:Â
 • Commercial invoicesÂ
 • Delivery notesÂ
 • Certificates of Origin (COO)Â
 • Documentation for samples, demo units, and promotional materialsÂ
Ensure everything is accurate, complete, and compliantÂ
Process & Improvement
Become a key point of contact for order-related processesÂ
Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvementsÂ
Help optimize how teams work togetherÂ
Your Profile
Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain & logistics Management, or equivalent proven experienceÂ
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support, order management, or in a similar roleÂ
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Odoo) is requiredÂ
Strong organizational skills and a natural follow-up mindsetÂ
Able to manage multiple priorities and work with different stakeholdersÂ
Comfortable working across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and LogisticsÂ
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French
Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured in your workÂ
