As an HR Business Partner at Televic Rail Belgium, you will focus on supporting and developing our people and teams, ensuring a strong alignment between HR initiatives and the business needs.
Your core focus is partnering with our people and teams and implementing HR initiatives to support our business unit. Â
Business partnering
Partner closely with team leads and managers to understand their team dynamics and needs and translate these into actionable HR initiatives.
Support and guide managers in feedback and performance conversations, helping to create a strong feedback culture.
HR projects (focus on soft HR)
Play an active role in people processes such as onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee experience, ….
Use insights from employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and propose improvements to strengthen engagement and performance.
Identify development needs, create learning initiatives and stimulate internal mobility, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of our HR tools and workflows (e.g. HRIS, ATS, …), helping to create more efficient, data-driven and user-friendly processes.
Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives within the business, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Collaboration within HR
You’ll join an HR team of 3 colleagues, where you’ll work closely together, share knowledge and learn from each other.
You’ll also collaborate with the HR colleagues in Germany and with HR peers across other business units, giving you exposure to a broader HR context.
How you can add value to our team
You have a first experience in a generalist HR role, allowing you to understand and support different aspects of the employee life cycle.
Experience working with technical or engineering profiles is a strong plus.
You combine a hands-on mentality with a genuine interest in the business and its people.
You communicate clearly and confidently, and easily build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You have a proactive, structured way of working. You take ownership and get things done.Â
Proficient in Dutch & English and enjoy working in an international tech company.
