Your responsibilities
As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle of our products, from concept and architecture to validation and industrialization.
You will:
  • Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions
  • Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems
  • Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers)
  • Component selection /processor platform decisions / high-speed interfaces
  • Direct contact with distributors along with procurement
  • Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully bring products to market
  • Support the transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Share your expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team
Who are you?
You’re an experienced hardware engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical challenges.
You bring:
  • A Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent through experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems
  • Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics
  • Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing
  • Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems
  • Experience of EMC/EMI design principles
