Position Summary
Televic Rail US is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse operations at our Sacramento facility. This role works closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse personnel to ensure finished goods, incoming materials, and customer shipments are processed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with domestic and international shipping, carrier systems such as FedEx and UPS, inventory handling, and fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments. This role also requires the ability to quickly learn and independently navigate warehouse and business systems with limited day-to-day supervision.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Package completed production units for customer shipmentsÂ
Prepare finished goods for shipment, including palletizing, labeling, and documentationÂ
Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriersÂ
Operate and manage UPS WorldShip and other carrier shipping platformsÂ
Generate packing slips, shipping labels, commercial invoices, and export documentation as neededÂ
Coordinate LTL, freight, and parcel shipmentsÂ
Receive daily incoming shipments and verify quantities, condition, and documentationÂ
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments promptlyÂ
Inventory & Production Support
Book finished goods into inventory systemsÂ
Coordinate movement of completed products from production into shippingÂ
Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areasÂ
Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and transaction recordingÂ
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet customer delivery schedulesÂ
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure shipments comply with domestic and international shipping requirements
Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentationÂ
Follow company safety, quality, and handling proceduresÂ
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operationsÂ
Hands-on experience working within an ERP, warehouse management, or inventory control system (such as SAP or similar) requiredÂ
Ability to accurately process shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transactions within business systems with limited supervision
Demonstrated computer proficiency in warehouse/logistics environments, including shipping platforms, inventory systems, and business softwareÂ
Experience with UPS WorldShip strongly preferredÂ
Experience coordinating shipments using FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers
Experience with international shipping documentation preferredÂ
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or technical product environments preferredÂ
Basic computer skills including inventory systems, email, and spreadsheetsÂ
Forklift certification or experience is a plusÂ
