To strengthen our Hardware R&D team, we are looking for a Senior Hardware Development Engineer who will play a key role in designing and developing the next generation of conference and communication systems.
As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to validation, compliance, and industrialization.
You translate product requirements into robust electronic designs and ensure that our products perform reliably under all conditions. You will work closely with software engineers, FPGA developers, system architects, test engineers, and manufacturing partners to bring innovative products to market.

Beyond technical expertise, you will act as a senior sparring partner within the team, helping to drive technical decisions and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues.

Your Responsibilities
Design and develop electronic hardware for embedded communication systems
Translate product requirements into scalable and reliable hardware architectures
Define and implement analog, digital, mixed-signal, and wireless hardware solutions
Select components and make trade-offs between performance, power consumption, cost, and manufacturability
Create schematics and support PCB layout activities
Integrate high-performance processors, communication interfaces, and wireless technologies
Perform hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and root cause analysis
Execute laboratory measurements using professional test equipment
Ensure compliance with EMC, safety, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT)
Support prototype builds, verification activities, and product industrialization
Contribute to technical reviews, design improvements, and engineering best practices
Mentor and support junior engineers where appropriate
