Your responsibilities
As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle of our products, from concept and architecture to validation and industrialization.
You will:
Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions
Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems
Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers)
Component selection /processor platform decisions / high-speed interfaces
Direct contact with distributors along with procurement
Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully bring products to market
Support the transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable
Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Share your expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team
Who are you?
You’re an experienced hardware engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical challenges.
You bring:
A Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent through experience
At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems
Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics
Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing
Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems
Experience of EMC/EMI design principles
