To ensure we meet the service level expectations of our customers, mainly in the EU and US market, we are on the lookout for a Customer Service colleague. Join a fast paced, communicative and quality oriented team and take up a key position in the operations department: as first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders (customers, logistics partners, internal parties) you guarantee an optimal handling of various repair, support and spare part orders. You report directly to the Operations Team Lead.
You are the first point of contact for customers for the entire term of the repair handling and provide them with the necessary information regarding repair registration, repair status, quality insights and logistics handling.
You are responsible for order processing, follow-up and invoicing.
You are in direct communication with our customers on repair related issues.
You are responsible for the correct and timely registration and follow-up of all repair orders, both in our ERP–system and in a proprietary application, but also in the portals of our customers.
You communicate internally with all departments (after sales, warehousing, project management,…) regarding the execution of different orders.
How you can add value to our team
A combination of excellent communication and administration skills set you apart.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both verbally & written). French is a plus.
You are highly organized with the ability to process a variety of daily activities with the appropriate priority setting.
You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
A first experience in a commercial / electronics related / after-sales job is a plus.
You have good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
